Ariana and Marci were both working at T.J. Maxx in 2020. Ariana was working at the Jewelry counter and receiving compliments for her kind service. LOL! Marci was intrigued and introduced himself, Ariana befriended Marci and was captivated by his kindness, funny sense of humor, and chivalry. The couple officially started dating in April of 2021.

Over the summer, Ariana and Marci booked a trip to NYC to visit her dad. They walked all over the city, and on the morning of the proposal, the couple went for coffee at Devocion in Manhattan, recommended by a family friend. Marci planned to propose inside a secret garden but couldn't find the entrance. Womp, womp, womp! Ariana was clueless, and Marci was upset. Later that day the couple had plans to have dinner with her Dad in Westchester, they dined at Bridge View Tavern, then went for a walk by the Hudson River and strolled towards the lighthouse. Ariana noticed her dad was walking at a fast pace and wondered, what the hurry was for. Marci found a quiet spot near the lighthouse and Ariana was in awe of the beautiful views, she looked back and noticed her dad had his camera on video, and Marci had his hand in his bag. Her stomach dropped and knew that it was happening! Marci got on one knee and asked her to marry Him. She said YES!
