Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We kindly request only invited guests attend the wedding. If a plus one is included, it will be noted on the individual invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we have decided to keep our wedding and ceremony adults only(18+).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress code is formal attire. Men can wear a suit & tie. For women, floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, or dressy paintsuits are preferred. Please refrain from wearing white or any off- white colored dresses. No jeans please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to find seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We wouldn't want you to miss a single moment!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle leaving the Penn Stroud Hotel beginning at 4:00 PM. The ride from the hotel to the wedding venue is 3-5 minutes. The shuttle will also return you to the hotel at the conclusion of the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the ceremony and reception space.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors; if the weather has other plans (as it always does), the ceremony will be taking place indoors. Cocktail hour and reception will be taking place indoors.

Are there stairs?

Answer

Yes, there are stairs leading up to the ceremony space. Please keep in mind if you decide to wear heels.
