Dylan and Ariana met at Williams College in 2019 through a mutual friend and started spending time together soon after. After a summer apart for internships, they reconnected that fall and went to a formal together. They talked about dating, but with Ariana planning to study abroad and Dylan about to graduate, the timing just wasn’t right. A few months later, fate stepped in. With the onset of the pandemic, Ariana decided to cut her time abroad short, returned to campus, and the two picked up right where they left off. Just five days before the world shut down, they decided to give dating a real shot, and have been together ever since. A year and a half of long distance followed, and once Ariana moved to Boston, it didn’t take long for them to realize they’d found something lasting. Through career changes, adopting their dog, Rosie, and eventually moving across the country to Charlotte, North Carolina, they’ve built a wonderful life together. Now they’re getting married and can’t wait to celebrate with all of you! Fun (and possibly true) fact: About 20% of Williams alumni end up together—Dylan and Ariana are living proof!
