UPDATE- We’ve been told that swimming is no longer allowed at this location, and that police are issuing tickets. This should now be considered a “See” location. This is a popular swimming hole near downtown Woodstock, and parking is wherever you can find it. It is over the bridge crossing the Sawmill River, and there are access paths along the bank. This is a beautiful spot with turquoise blue water, and multiple small falls. The largest pool is probably 3-4ft. deep. This is a great area for kids, and there is a nice feeling of community, and enjoyment of the outdoors
