What Should We Wear?

Answer

Black-Tie Formal attire. Please, no casual wear, or cocktail attire. The wedding party will be in black, so any color is fine, just no white attire please. We encourage everyone to come dressed in their best, try to out-do the Bride & Groom (you won’t don’t worry!). How often do you have the opportunity to get dressed up and look your best- AND with pictures?

Do I Need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please! If you respond “No” or do not RSVP, we will not have a seat nor a meal available for you, nor will you be permitted entry into our Reception. Staff will check you in upon arrival, and guests who have RSVP "Yes" will be on our guest list and permitted entry. You must RSVP to be on our guest list! We ask all guests to kindly RSVP no later than August 31st, 2023

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will be at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park in San Diego. The exact cross streets of the ceremony are Sunset Cliffs Blvd. and Adair St. The Ceremony begins promptly at 2:30PM.

Where Do We Park for the Ceremony?

Answer

Street parking is available along Adair St. and Sunset Cliffs Blvd. Please do arrive early as this is a public park and parking can be limited.

So You’re Having an Unplugged Ceremony, What’s That?

Answer

Our Ceremony is Unplugged- this means that we kindly ask for all cell phones, cameras, iPads, video recorders, etc all please be turned off or silenced, and put away during the entirety of the Ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to help capture these special moments, and will be happy to gladly share all our photos with you! We want you, our guests, to please be present during the Ceremony. No need to look through a lens, let the photographers handle that! During Cocktail Hour and the Reception, please use your phone/camera/devices as much as you’d like!

Where is Cocktail Hour/Reception?

Our Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held at LUCE LOFT in Downtown San Diego. Cocktail Hour will start promptly at 4:00PM, and our Reception will immediately follow at 5:00PM. The address is: 1037 J. St. San Diego, CA 92101

Where Do We Park for Cocktail Hour/Reception?

Answer

While there is street parking in Downtown San Diego, in the Gaslamp, and by PETCO Park, it is very limited. There are several lots nearby LUCE LOFT available for use: ACE Parking- Padres Parkade (440 11th Ave.) ACE Tailgate Lot (1235 K St.) Uber, Lyft, or any other ride shares are also encouraged. Please always remember, if you plan to drink, plan a safe ride home, don't drive.

Can I Take and Post Pictures of the Wedding on Social Media?

Yes! We want everyone to have fun and take lots of photos!

Can I Bring Guests or a Plus One?

Answer

We would love for everyone to be able to, but we are limited with how many guests we may have. If your invitation states “and guest” please feel free to bring (1) guest. Otherwise, the invitations are addressed to whomever is invited. As we are very limited on space, we kindly ask no extra guests.
