The ranch has everything from horseback riding (the early morning ride is our favorite!), mountain biking, desert nature strolls, astronomy, and a local saloon to settle back with a Prickly Pear Margarita. Just check their website or ask the front desk when you arrived to sign up for something fun! Note that even if you're not staying on the ranch, you can still partake in activities (including drinks & meals) a la carte.
Whether its taking in the scenery at Saguaro National Park, visiting the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum for some local history, or seeing exotic animals at the Reid Park Zoo, both our outdoorsy and more "indoorsy" guests should find plenty to do around town!
For those guests who are extending their stay before or after the wedding, you might consider adding The Grand Canyon to your trip. While a 5 hour drive from Tucson, this is worth the trip if you have the time -- and you can add the state capitol, Phoenix (1.5 hours from Tucson), along the way!
We fell in love with Sedona on our first trip to Arizona for its beautiful red rocks and amazing energy. If you have the time, definitely worth the 3 hour drive if you want a post-wedding pool & spa day!
