Question

COVID Questions

Answer

After dating for 6.5+ years we can't imagine waiting a whole year to get married & start a family. Therefore we are going forward with our original wedding date of 10.03.2020. Unfortunately we've had to downsize our guest list immensely. We would love for you to be there to celebrate with us, but completely understand if can't make it. Your health, safety & comfort are important to us and we will be sure to celebrate at a later date if you can't make it! We just ask that you let us know ASAP, as we have family & close friends who may be able to make it if you are unable. ** we will not be requiring that people wear masks. we completely respect if that makes you feel uncomfortable & unable to come, we will celebrate together later! we'll have sanitizer at the venue & its a large open ranch with lots of space. obviously if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone sick, please stay home :) **

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We'll be celebrating outdoors for both the ceremony and reception, so please prepare for a warm/hot afternoon and a cool evening. We suggest bringing layers/a wrap and shoes appropriate for soft grass, gravel, and patio. Maybe wedges/platforms over stilettos?! We recommend that you check the weather closer to our dates and plan accordingly. Bring your swim suit for Sunday at the Yokayo pool, and active wear if hiking's up your alley! Please check the weather close to the event--this is an outdoor wedding, and there could be a range of weather to expect.

Question

When can we arrive? When do we leave?

Answer

We'll be posting a more detailed schedule here soon, but our dream for the weekend is that we get to spend it with YOU. We'll be offering an "open house party" vibe at Yokayo all weekend. Wedding events will officially run from Saturday early evening through Sunday late afternoon/evening. If you're still in town on Monday morning, we'll be packing up and saying goodbye and would love to see you again! (Our check out is 11 am). We invite you to come hang out with us--and request that if you CAN plan to travel on Monday so that you can spend Sunday with us, we'd love that so much!

Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to us as soon as you're able as our allowance of guests is limited! Thank you so much. If you need anything, please call or text us @ A: 707.494.4358 B:707.293.5185

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kiddos but this is an adults-only event.

Question

Any other rules we should know about?

Answer

YES! Due to forest fire risk (obviously), PLEASE respect rules about not smoking on the property. Also, we're supposed to tell you this: "Yokayo Ranch is a working farm."

Question

What else can we do to help?

Answer

So glad you asked! •Make sure you pace yourself and don't eat too much to hit the dance floor. •Email your song requests & family-appropriate AND/OR your party-appropriate slide show photos to arianahaufler@gmail.com
