Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one, unless their name is listed on the invitation. We’re so grateful for your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate with close friends and family.

We ask that guests arrive around 5 PM as the ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM.

How do I get into the venue?

Answer

When you arrive, please enter through the Guest Entrance at the main gate. Kindly tell the guard that you will be attending Ariana & Mark's wedding. Please proceed to the Clubhouse for parking, a golf cart will be waiting for you at the entrance of the Clubhouse to take you to the ceremony.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors by the waterfall at 5:30 p.m. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy the cocktail hour and reception indoors in the main dining room.

Do I need to choose a dinner option?

Answer

Guests do not need to select a dinner option, as the bride and groom have thoughtfully chosen a special menu featuring one salad, two small entrees, and two sides to ensure a delightful dining experience for all. During the cocktail hour, there will also be displayed and butler passed hors d'oeuvres.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies, what is the best way to let you know?

Kindly reach out to the bride or groom at least two months before the wedding so they can accommodate appropriately.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! You may opt to bring cash to tip the wonderful bartenders.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to join us in formal and elegant attire to complement the beauty and romance of our special day. We request that guests refrain from wearing shades of white to let the bride stand out on her special day! Please refer to our dress code tab for the color palette.
