Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please submit your RSVP by August 15th so we can finalize seating, catering, and guest counts with our vendors. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will unfortunately have to mark you as “not attending.” Thank you for helping us keep everything organized!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 4 pm as the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Semi Formal (no jeans). The ceremony and social hour will be taking place outside so please dress accordingly!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to venue capacity and planning limitations, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation and RSVP. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will appear when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to venue capacity and planning limitations, we’re only able to accommodate children 10+. If your kid(s) have been included in your invitation, their names will appear when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy the celebration safely and comfortably. Please include any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Invitations for the bridal shower and groom’s dinner will be sent separately, as we are keeping those gatherings small. However, all wedding guests are warmly invited to join the bride and groom at Copper Trail Brewing Co. at 7:00 PM on September 25th for live music and a fun casual evening together before the wedding weekend!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
If you are staying at either the Arrowood Resort or the Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites there will be shuttles to and from the Venue. If staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites there will be a shuttle following the reception only.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes there is parking onsite. Parking is allowed overnight as long as cars are collected the following morning.
