She has the biggest heart in the world and I'm so glad we've stayed so close through the years. When we were kids, sleepovers at Nicole's house meant bottomless Cactus Cooler, MadLibs, and getting her mom to drive us around TP-ing our classmates.

Ellie and I are accidental best friends. In first grade, her parents let her invite a classmate to an Easter egg hunt. I was so excited to be invited and we held hands the whole time. At the end of our day, Ellie told me that I was actually her third choice, and the other girls were just not available. I've never been so happy to be someone's third pick because we've been inseparable ever since.
