We respectfully ask that all guests in attendance are vaccinated to ensure the health and safety of everyone and encourage everyone to get tested 48 hours prior to our wedding day. If you are not fully vaccinated, please contact us directly.
Guests will have access to several hand sanitizing stations within the property. Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. While the reception will take place indoors, the entire ballroom will be cleaned and sanitized prior to guests' arrival. There is also an outdoor patio connected to the ballroom for fresh air. All staff and servers will be wearing masks. All bars will have plexiglass dividers. Ceremony seating rows and dinner tables will be spaced out 6 feet apart. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Guests are welcome to book accommodations outside of our room block, if preferred. We recommend the JW Marriott Grande Lakes which conveniently shares the same property. Since transportation will be provided from the Ritz Carlton and back on our wedding day, guests staying at any other location can arrange a taxi service to and from the shuttle. We have listed a few options in the ‘Travel’ section of this website. Please let us know where you plan to stay so we may keep track of all our guests.
To allow all wedding guests and parents a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we have decided to have an adults-only wedding day. However, the Ritz Carlton is equipped with a number of family-friendly restaurants, amenities and activities for you to enjoy during your stay, including child care services. To inquire about a babysitter, please visit https://www.sittersinasecond.com/ or call the hotel for more information.
December is a pleasant time of year in Orlando, with an average high temperature of 71-75 degrees (21-24C), rarely falling below 59 degrees (15C).
Black tie is not required. We encourage guests to be festive and have fun with their formal attire whether that's with pops of color, sparkly details or a playful bow tie.
Guests are welcome to take/post photos before and after the ceremony. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyEverAlex so we can keep track of all the little moments we may have missed!
