The venue will open at 3:30PM for guests to arrive in time for a prompt 4:00PM ceremony start!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes of course! In your RSVP there is a food allergy section where you can note any food allergies you may have!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is parking on premises for the nights event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Suncoast Parkway hotel, there is a complimentary shuttle the night of the wedding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Suncoast Parkway! This means others from the wedding will be staying there, as well as transportation proved to and from the ceremony. Use code BEW to access that group rate!
