Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony on Saturday 6/13?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony at 4pm. Please check the "Schedule" tab for timing of all events for the weekend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Saturday's events will be formal attire. We request suits and ties for men and long dresses (ankle length preferred) for women. Friday night’s Welcome Party is summer chic attire - think flowy midi/maxi dresses, linen fabrics, floral patterns, sports jackets, etc. Please note the venue for both nights is outdoors in the Catskill mountains so wear shoes that are comfortable to walk on grass in (consider block heels over pointy heels) and consider bringing an extra layer in case it's breezy at night.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Yes, we will be offering shuttle service for both Friday and Saturday nights. Please check the "Shuttles" tab for pickup/drop off locations! If you need to arrange a cab, please see “Travel” section for taxi companies.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is some parking available at Gather Greene (more parking available Friday night than Saturday). However, some roads near the venue are windy and narrow, so we recommend taking advantage of the shuttles!
