When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm, so please plan to arrive at the Rockwell at 4:15pm to ensure enough time for everyone to get seated.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in South Asian formal (sari, lehenga, anarkali, sharara) or Western cocktail attire. It's a long day, so be ready to brave the heat and prepare for a few hours of dancing!

Who should I notify about allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please email Mika at mikadesh16@gmail.com with any allergies or dietary restrictions by June 16 so that we can notify our caterer.

Can I take photos and videos?

Answer

Yes, please!! We’d love for you to capture special moments throughout the afternoon and evening. We’ll also have disposable cameras on some tables at the reception, so feel free to take pictures and leave them for us to develop. At the end of the night, we’d appreciate it if you could send any photos and videos to us via WhatsApp. We can’t wait to see the wedding through your eyes!

What’s the best way to get to the venue?

We recommend Uber/Lyft as the easiest option. Please allot time for Chicago traffic when getting to the Rockwell on Friday. Check our Travel Page for more details!
