Can I bring a Plus One or my Kids?
Answer
We require that guests attend as indicated on their invitation. Due to planning and budget considerations, only those whose names are expressly listed on the invitation will be accommodated. Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. While we absolutely adore your little ones, we hope this provides an opportunity for parents to relax and enjoy a special night out. To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, guest names will be verified upon arrival at the venue by the security. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our celebration intimate and well-organized.

What Time are Guest Required to Arrive at the Venue?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:45 p.m. Therefore, we kindly ask that all guests be seated no later than 2:30 p.m. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ceremony, punctuality is greatly appreciated. Guests arriving after the start time will be asked to wait outside the ceremony area until its conclusion, as entry during the proceedings, especially unauthorised persons walking on the aisle, will not be permitted.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
Our celebration will be a formal, outdoor event, with a covered open-air reception. Guests are asked to dress accordingly in formal attire, while keeping comfort in mind. Our bridal party will be dressed in maroon and gold. Guests may wish to consider selecting attire in other colours so that the bridal party can stand out. As is tradition, we also ask that white be reserved for the bride and groom.

Is Parking Available at the Venue?

Yes, ample parking is available at the venue for all guests. You are welcome to park on-site for the duration of the celebration.

Will the Ceremony be Unplugged?
Answer
Yes! Our ceremony will be an unplugged and deeply intimate moment, shared only with those present, as we honour the sacredness of the occasion. We ask that guests refrain from using phones or devices for photos or recordings during the ceremony, so we can all be fully present and savour this special time together. Rest assured, we have professional photographers and videographers who will beautifully capture every moment. Following the ceremony, guests are welcome to take photos and share in capturing the celebration throughout the remainder of the day. To make the experience even more interactive, a QR code will be provided for you to upload your favourite snapshots to a shared album. We would love to relive the day through your eyes and see all the special moments you capture. And don’t forget to tag us in your social media posts, we’d love to see those too!
