Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We have two shuttles. One shuttle is picking up guests from the Sandman Hotel in Santa Rosa (3421 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95403). Please meet in the lobby by 2:45 pm for a 3:00 pm departure time. The second shuttle is picking up guests outside of Calistoga Depot (1458 Lincoln Ave, Calistoga, CA 94515) at 3:15 pm. Wait outside in the front. There is plenty of parking on site if you choose to drive. Please do not drink and drive. We will have return shuttles to both locations departing at 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

The venue areas are connected by gravel pathways that can be slightly uneven, so wear stable heels.

Is the event indoors? Do I need a jacket?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors. Dancing will be inside. Make sure to bring layers as it will be hot during the day but can cool down in the evening.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire. We will be in suits

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not expecting gifts. Truly. A trip to Northern California to be with us is gift enough.

Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding is taking place at Triple S Ranch in Calistoga, CA (4600 Mountain Home Ranch Rd, Calistoga, CA 94515). We recommend you stay in Calistoga or Santa Rosa. We have linked a couple of affordable hotels on the travel page. There are plenty of AirBNB options. Calistoga tends to be on the more expensive side. Santa Rosa is more affordable. Both of these places are popular so we recommend you book accommodations ASAP. Don't know where to stay or if an area is nice? Don't hesitate to text/call one of us and we can let you know.
