Question

When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

Online: Simply click the RSVP tab on our wedding website and follow the prompts. OR By Mail: Fill out the details card included with your formal invitation and return it in the provided envelope. Kindly RSVP no later than August 8th. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests dress in formal attire for our celebration, so please come dressed in your best! If you’re unsure, please feel free to check in with Alyssa or John.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place in the beautiful outdoor gardens, weather permitting. Following the ceremony, we’ll transition to the indoor bar/garden room for cocktail hour and ballroom for the reception, where we’ll celebrate the night away!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony (5:00pm) to ensure a smooth and timely start. Thank you in advance!

Will there be parking and/or transportation available?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at the venue for those who choose to drive. Free valet services will also be provided for your convenience. Additionally, a shuttle will be provided from both the Courtyard & Holiday Inn hotel to and from the venue.

Are children invited?

Answer

We’ve made the decision to have an adults-only wedding, unless they have been included on your formal invitation; therefore, we kindly ask that you make alternate arrangements for your little ones. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for details about whether a plus one has been included. If you’re unsure or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us - we’re happy to help!
