Train

William H. Gray III 30th Street

We’re big fans of the Amtrak route, especially for East Coast folks coming from places like NYC, the Hamptons, or Rhode Island. Trains arrive at 30th Street Station in Philly, and from there, it’s about a 50-minute drive to the Residence Inn Philadelphia | Willow Grove. Coming from NYC? You can also take NJ Transit from Moynihan Hall (Penn Station) to Trenton and hop in an Uber from there. It’s about a 30-minute ride to the hotel, and often a more affordable option. If you’re team Amtrak, it’s a scenic, no-fuss way to go. And yes, grabbing a train hot dog is practically tradition.

Philadelphia International Airport

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the most convenient airport for our wedding weekend. It’s about 45 minutes by car to the Residence Inn Philadelphia | Willow Grove, depending on traffic. Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) and rental cars are easily available from the airport. Philly might be extra buzzy with FIFA fans that weekend, so give yourself a little buffer time.
