Q & A

Question

I forgot to RSVP—can I still come?

Answer

Forgot to RSVP? No problem! Even though the deadline was October 15, we’d still love to have you join us for the reception. Just let us know you’re coming—we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

Where should I park for the reception at ArtsPlace?

Answer

We’ve reserved 50 guest parking spots in the lots to the right of ArtsPlace (owned by First Presbyterian Church). Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis—just look for the Xpress Parking signs when you arrive! If those lots are full, there are several paid parking garages and lots nearby, and street parking is free after 7 PM.

Question

What’s the difference between the private ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an intimate gathering for close family and friends. The reception afterward is a larger celebration where we can party with all of you!

Question

Am I invited to both events?

Answer

If your invitation includes ceremony details, you’re invited to both. If it lists only reception details, we can’t wait to celebrate with you at the party that evening!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, all guests should dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We kindly request that children do not attend unless their names are on the invitation. Please check our RSVP section for the number of seats we have reserved for you

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation includes one by name or indicates an additional Guest. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony guests: please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Reception guests: the party begins at 7:00 p.m. at ArtsPlace.

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Your presence is our biggest gift! For those who’d like to contribute, our registry is linked on the “Registry” page.
