Where is the venue & how do I get there?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be at The Aerie, which is a mountainside lodge at Copper Mountain Resort. Gondola rides will be provided up for the ceremony & reception and then back down to the village area at the end of the night! If you'd rather not take the gondola, a shuttle will be available as well.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our reception is going to be an adult-only event, with the exception of members of our bridal party. We do have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity so we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with us!

Open bar with top shelf liquor is available. Drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our wedding is RSVP only, so we'll only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation. We do have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Our venue is located midway up Copper Mountain and transportation to the venue is via gondola. There are free shuttles that provide transportation between the different villages where we recommend you stay and park the car for the weekend. For those not staying in Center Village, there will be parking available near the base of the lift. For context, guests will be riding the American Eagle Lift, which is based out of Center Village. Where do I stay?
Answer
Check out the "Travel and Lodging" section where we've laid out the easiest options for transportation and places to stay. The most convenient location to stay is Central Village, which is within walking distance of the American Eagle chairlift. There are other options available in the area via Airbnb and VRBO. If you still have questions just reach out to us directly!

What happens if it rains?
Answer
We are planning for an outdoor ceremony on the front lawn of the Aerie surrounded by the mountains. However, should the weather decide not to cooperate, we have a back up shuttle to get everyone up the mountain!

Are there kids meals provided?
Answer
Yes, but only those aged 4-11. Option listed below: Chicken Tenders Mixed green salad with cucumbers, carrots and ranch dressing. Chicken tenders, mac n cheese and vegetable saute.
