The Wedding Website of Nicole Trench and Maria Kervran
Question

Who is taking who's last name?

Answer

As we're starting a brand new family, it was important to us for our last name to be new to both of us, as well as the world! Maria came up with the brilliant idea to pay homage to both our queerness and her Italian heritage, and we decided on the last name Arcobaleni, meaning "rainbows" in Italian. Wedding cards/gifts can be addressed to Mx. and Mrs. Arcobaleni.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh! We know how to throw a party! While we do not have a hotel block, we will be providing Lyft credit for transportation to and from the hotels recommended on the details card included in the invitation. For questions how to claim the Lyft credit please reach out to arcobaleniwedding@gmail.com or call/text one of us. We care about all of you, please drink responsibly and be safe!

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available behind the venue, and valet service is available for free.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have elected to have a private and intimate wedding and reception. We carefully selected guests who know and love us, and who will provide the best energy for our special day. We ask that only those named on the wedding invitation attend, please no surprise guests!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

As listed on the invitation, we are encouraging formal attire, meaning dress to impress! We would love to see our guests in floor length dresses/jumpsuits and suits, whichever makes you feel most comfortable. Also, in honor of our new last name, we are encouraging guests to dress in a color of the rainbow!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

You are welcome (and encouraged!) to use your cellphone to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception, and share them using the hashtag #arcobalenisempre to social media. However, in order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we have decided to have an unplugged ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer were hired to capture the magic, and we would be upset for any well intentioned guest's phone to block their view. Of course, we will gladly share the photos with you afterwards!

Question

What time do the festivities start and end?

Answer

We encourage our guests arrive promptly at 12 pm, so as to not miss any of the wedding festivities! Guests that arrive after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait until cocktail hour for entry, so as to not cause any distraction for the other guests or us during a treasured moment. Our reception finishes at 6pm. We plan to continue the party on a much lower scale next door in the hotel lounge until about 11 pm. All guests are welcome to attend!

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, the final guest list must be provided to all of our vendors by a certain date. If you do not RSVP in time, we may not be able to accommodate you. We would love to see all of you on our special day, so reminders will be sent out, but PLEASE RSVP as soon as possible to prevent any mishaps!
