How do I book my room at Spring Hill Suites?

Answer

You can book your room by using the number provided on the travel page. If you call to book your reservation, please be sure to mention the Meduri-Arcidiacono wedding block to receive the discounted rate. The link provided also brings you directly to our Marriott link that will automatically apply the discounted rate when booking online.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the only children included are those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate the night with us!

Is transportation provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle service that will depart from the hotels at 6:30pm to bring guests to cocktail hour at 7pm. There will also be a shuttle to bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. The shuttle information will also be included in your welcome bags at check-in!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. However, as long as the weather permits, our cocktail hour will be outside on the beautiful grounds at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor.
