In 2019, Regina and Anthony were told about each other through mutual friends/family. They were both talking to other people at the time so they did not formally meet yet despite having mutuals and the possibility of running into each other. Anthony's friend and Regina's cousin showed a picture to both of them and told them that they should definitely meet each other at some point and would be great together. As months went by, both of them didn't really think about the possibility of meeting since there were never plans to have them meet in person. On a random day in July 2019, Anthony was swiping through Bumble and saw a familiar face. It was the girl his friend told him about! He swiped right on Regina and she saw the same photo that was shown to her prior. Luckily for Anthony, she accepted the match and spent many wonderful years together. 5 years later, Anthony and Regina went to Busan, South Korea in 2024 together, where he proposed on a romantic night train looking over the ocean. He messed up trying to put the ring on the wrong hand but eventually figured it out and she said yes! Almost 7 years of countless adventures, they can’t wait to start this new journey together and celebrating being surrounded by their loved ones.
