When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than March 1st. Any RSVPs that have not been received by then will be marked as “Not Attending” in our records. After the March 1st deadline, our guest list will be final and we will not be able to accommodate any last minute additions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - the dress code is Black-tie Optional. We ask that all gentlemen wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and that all ladies wear floor length or midi or knee-length cocktail dresses. There is no preferred color scheme. However our wedding decorations will be soft pinks and oranges, so feel free to come coordinated with that if you’d like.

Am I allowed to bring children or additional guests?

We love your kids, but this event is for adults only. Please do not bring anyone that is not listed in your RSVP on the website.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have secured hotel blocks that are walking distance from the venue. Please refer to the Travel page on this website for more detail. The wedding will be in Decatur, GA. If you prefer to stay in another hotel besides the ones listed on our website Decatur and East Atlanta will be your best bets.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please reach out to Archie or Alex if you have any food allergies that we should be aware of.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is extremely limited at Dekalb History Center. There are some parking spots near the venue and street parking with time limits & costs. Rideshare is strongly encouraged.
