I met Ashley in the year 2001, of course God sent me to a baby obsessed 4 year old. Santicaligon Summer of 2010 Ashley and I were allowed to get the bracelet pass and we were invincible I was small then but I wore a pair of wedge sneakers to be able to get on all the rides with her. And then at the end of the night she called me “alright” and my little sister heart soared. GIRLY

I met Jake at the 6th grade center school in Derby, Ks Going to the river fest when we were teens, I told Jake not to eat a full pizza because he would get sick and Jake refused to listen. We went on a spinning octopus ride and Jake indeed got sick. But we had a great time there. I'll never forget that. Strong Willed

How did you meet Ashley? • We met at Graceway Church while she was in high school. I was one of the youth group leaders and spent a lot of one-on-one time with Ashley during that time. We got to have many deep conversations and wrestle through some hard things. Favorite memory together? • After three years working with the youth group, I started attending a different church with the man I would end up marrying. Ashley and I reconnected several years later, and my favorite memory was introducing her to my boys when they were really little. Ashley has such a sweet heart for kids! We had a great time catching up together and playing with the boys. When my oldest son (now almost 8) was 5 years old, he once said he wanted to marry Ashley when he grew up. :) Luckily, Jacob was up for the competition and has beat him to it!
