Please RSVP by no later than August 1st!! If we do not receive your RSVP by then you will be marked not attending and you WILL NOT have a seat reserved for you at the reception.
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to the venue. There will be a guest book for you to sign, pictures for you to look at, and a place for cards/gifts in the front entrance. Plus the amount of time it takes you to make your way to the back of the building to find your seat for the ceremony. As Aubrey says to be early is to be on time and to be on time is to be late.
The ceremony and reception will take place at our venue, The Midnight Gem. The ceremony will be outside under the venues covered patio, in the back of the building. Cocktail hour guest will have free rein to enjoy outdoor games on the patio or to head inside. We will finish the night inside for the reception. Please dress accordingly for the weather that day. If the weather takes a turn for the worse the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.
We request you do! We will have signs with our numbers posted all around the venue, we would love for you to "blow up our phones" so we can reminisce on the day at the end of the night :) Just please be respectful of our videographer and photographer and stay clear of their paths as we paid for their beautiful work.
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a plus one. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. We hope you can understand!
With limited space at our venue we have chosen to only have our families children in attendance. If your child is not listed on your RSVP we hope you can make it and use the night as a parents night out. We adore all of your families and hope you can understand!
There is no enforced formal dress code, but that doesn't mean we wouldn't love to see you in something dressier than your normal jeans! :)
There is paved parking right outside the venue! Cars can be left there overnight; however, the venue shares parking with a neighboring church so cars will need to be moved before 10AM Sunday morning.
HECK YES, LETS CELEBRATE!!! We will be providing keg beer, seltzers, and two signature drinks for guest. Other options can be purchased with cash or card from the venues bar.
