Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will specify who is invited to celebrate with us. If you've been extended a plus-one, you're welcome to bring a guest of your choice.

Are kids welcome?

We appreciate you asking! This will be an adults-only celebration, so we kindly ask that children not attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site or at the near by hotel that offers shuttle services. From the parking lot our venue is down the path to the right when looking at buildings.

How do I get to the Ceremony?

Answer

Go to the building on the right, down the path. From there head towards the grass under the veranda and go to the doors on the right at the end. The ceremony is on the second floor by the elevators on the northside. Cocktail hour is in the tiled room below it. The dining room will be opened after cocktail hour. The outside grassy and beach area will be available after the ceremony.

Can I use my phone durning the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests keep their phones silenced and put away during the ceremony. We'll provide guidance on when it's appropriate to use devices, allowing us to fully share and enjoy this special moment together.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be gluten free options. Please let us know in your RSVP. If you have any questions or concerns the day of please notify the staff, not bridal party, they will be happy to assist you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club offers a free shuttle to and from the hotel.

Is there an after party?

Answer

The bride and groom are in their 30s and it shows. We would like to go back to The Inn's restaurant/ bar after the wedding to hangout with those who are not ready for bed.

What hotels are there?

Answer

There are two hotels on the large property. The Inn and an additional hotel has an expected opening date of August 2026. There are additional hotels a quick 5-10 minute drive away.
