Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be located?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will held at Nazareth Hall which is located a 21211 W River Rd, Grand Rapids, OH 43522. The ceremony will be held in the Chapel at Nazareth Hall and the reception will be held in the Ladyglen Ballroom.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. As the ceremony starts at 6:30pm, plan to arrive by 6pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed. Prior to the start of the ceremony, join other guests in the Riverview Library for light refreshments before the chapel doors open and you find your seats!

Question

Where should I sit during the ceremony?

Answer

For the ceremony, typically the bride's family and friends will sit on the left side of the aisle, while the groom's guests sit on the right. However, feel free to sit on either side of the aisle during the ceremony! Seating will be reserved at the front of the chapel for immediate family.

Question

Where should I sit during the reception?

Answer

While the wedding party will be at the head table, we will have a seating chart to guide everyone to their assigned tables, so just look for your name on the chart when you arrive.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

After a night of delicious food, great drinks and lots of dancing, the reception will end at 12 am!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal or black-tie dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits, tuxedos, or dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the weather as we are getting married in December. If you're unsure- it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed. Please no casual attire such as jeans or t-shirts. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. (Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing Pine Green).

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors - so no need to worry about any heels getting stuck in the grass! However, it will be winter. So, be mindful of the shoes you are wearing that day as it may be cold and/or icy while entering the venue.
