Just one look at you, and I know it's gonna be a lovely day...

It was a snowy day when I was about to meet Gita for the first time ever. I was making tofu curry and I was so worried if I'd finish it in time before she arrived. I'm pretty sure she stayed in her car (Bubbles) for a bit to give me time to garnish it and that was my first taste of how empathetic she is. We hit it off right away and I could talk to her about anything under the sun (we've covered topics beyond the sun since). No wonder I didn't think much of marriage before then, I had never met a woman so bold, charming and kind, I had never met Gitu!

It's been an exciting journey of discovery since then, a fast-track dating program as she likes to call it. Like when I discovered her Kothu parotta or Vada pav connoisseur-ness could rival mine, or that she'd vibe with classic rock as much as classical music much like me, or that one time she drove back 40 miles without telling me just to take my flowers back home with her.
