*Yes, but roads can be narrow and winding. If you’re not comfortable driving, private shuttles and group tours are easy to arrange. Also, Costa Rica does have Uber and Taxi. We recommend Uber as you can use the app(please be aware that they do not usually have a mark Uber sign due to the Taxi/Uber rivalry). Uber is cheaper.

If you're departing from LAX, Delta and Alaska Airlines offer direct flights to Costa Rica.
It is recommended to use Whats App for texting communications and phone calls. Check your supplier for specific out of country data plans or a plan that offers free data for apps while out in Costa Rica. You can also limit, by turning off mobile data.
