What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in elevated cocktail or formal attire. Our celebration will reflect the richness of the season-think fall festive and polished! Gentlemen: Suit or jacket—a tie is encouraged to keep things looking sharp. Ladies: Cocktail or floor-length dresses are both great options.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be on the rooftop sky terrace (weather permitting)! The reception will be in the ballroom.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The hotel has discounted valet parking for our event.

What's the weather like in Atlanta in October?

Answer

Early October in Atlanta is usually beautiful! Mild temperatures with highs in the 70's and slightly cooler evenings. Please keep an eye on the forecast and pack layers just in case.

Absolutely! We'll have passed hors douvres at cocktail hour and a full dinner reception with an open bar.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We reserved a block of rooms with a discounted rate at The Epicurean Hotel, making it easy to attend the wedding without having to drive/uber! What is the cutoff date for reserving a room with the room block?

Should I rent a car or take Uber/Lyft from the airport?

Answer

Uber/Lyft will be your best bet unless you plan to explore outside of the city of Atlanta. The Epicurean Hotel is about a 20-25 minute drive from the Atlanta airport. For those attending the rehearsal dinner, that is also an easy Uber/Lyft ride away (~10-15 minutes from the hotel).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we are keeping our celebration adults-only so guests can relax and enjoy the evening, unless otherwise mentioned on your invitation.

Who is invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to space limitations, the rehearsal dinner will be a more intimate gathering. We’ve invited immediate family, our wedding party, and aunts and uncles to join us. We would love to celebrate with everyone all weekend long, and we appreciate your understanding as we balance space and logistics.

What is the dress code for rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Dressy casual or garden elegant. Picture a relaxed garden party by the river—sundresses, flowy dresses or jumpsuits, sharp separates, polos or button-downs with chinos or slacks. Jackets/blazers are welcome but not required. We’ll begin outdoors on the lawn, so please choose flat shoes or sandals, block heels, wedges, loafers. No jeans or tennis shoes, please.
