Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Black Tie. For Women, think a floor length evening gown. For Men, a classic black suit with a black tie is recommended.

This will be a strict no kids wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Plan to arrive at the ceremony 30 minutes before start time

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Our Hotel recommendations can be found on our travel page. We also included some Airbnb options for those who like more unique stays.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! we will try our best to accommodate all our guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. However, we do recommend taking the shuttle to the venue so you can safely enjoy our wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have vans available to transport guests staying at the hotels to and from the venue, as they are all located on the same street. The main hotel for pick up and drop off will be the Y.O. Ranch, with stops made by request to the Hampton or Holiday Inn.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! for all our out-of-town guests, plan to pack an outfit for our welcome drinks on Friday Night at the bar inside Y.O. Ranch. Details can be found on our schedule page.
