What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Be mindful of Friday rush hour traffic.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal Attire. Fall Wedding vibes 🍁🍂 We encourage you to dress your best but most importantly, comfortably.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for hotel guests, to and from the wedding via API Transport. There will be a single pickup at each hotel prior to the wedding. Fort Sutter Departure Time = 3:00pm sharp Hilton Garden Inn Departure Time = 3:50pm sharp Return service to the hotels will be rotating starting at 7:00pm. UBER VOUCHERS: We are providing Uber vouchers for guests to use for transportation to and from the wedding venue. We have reserved a room block at the following hotels: 1. The Fort Sutter Hotel Sacramento, Tapestry Collection by Hilton 2.
