Things To Do

Welcome to Florida's Space Coast! Our beaches double as a launch pad for the NASA, Kennedy Space Center, Space X and Blue Origin aerospace explorations. Below we have listed a few local attractions, restaurants, a brewery and an ice cream shop. Please feel free to reach out should you need help with any further recommendations. We are very proud of our little beachside community and are excited to share it with you!

The Beach!

1525 Florida A1A, Satellite Beach, FL 32937

Indialantic is a small beach community located on the barrier islands of Florida. There are several public beach accesses along A1A (Our favorite is Pelican Beach!). The Hilton also has a beautiful private beach access that we recommend for all guests staying there.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

Space Commerce Way, Merritt Island, FL 32953

The reason why they call us Florida's Space Coast! The Kennedy Space Center is very special to Michelle's family as it is the reason they moved to Florida in 1965. Nunee, Michelle's grandfather, was an engineer on the Saturn 5 rocket. That rocket is still on display in the KSC alongside the Space Shuttle Atlantis!

Intracoastal Brewing Company

652 West Eau Gallie Boulevard, Melbourne, FL 32935

Melbourne's local brewery located just across the Eau Gallie Causeway and a 7 minute drive from the Hilton. Intracoastal (Intra for short) is a staple in the McNeight Family. We recommend The Dragon Point IPA, Space Coast Light and Orange A Peel beers. If you're going to Intracoastal, be sure to ask Michelle's brother Andrew to join - he never passes up a trip to Intra!

Salty Bagel and Grill

1124 Florida A1A, Satellite Beach, FL 32937

“Best Bagel in America” - Ryan

The Blueberry Muffin

1130 Florida A1A, Indialantic, FL 32903

Just a 5 minute drive from the Hilton is one of Michelle's all time favorite breakfast places! Growing up, Nona and Nunee would take us to the Blueberry Muffin on Sunday mornings if we woke up early and went to 7:15am Mass with them. It was quite the treat! Make sure you try their delicious muffins (and get a few extras to share with the Bride!)

Long Doggers - Indialantic

890 N Miramar Ave, Indialantic, FL 32903

Also a five minute drive from the Hilton is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch and dinner on the Beachside! Known for its surfer friendly cuisine, LongDoggers offers a wide range of meals and something delicious for everyone. (Ryan enjoys the seafood options and Michelle loves their Cool Ranch Chicken Sandwich. Make sure to order the fries, too!)

Moo's Soft Serve

930 Florida A1A, Indialantic, FL 32903

Enjoy delicious soft serves and other ice cream treats!

Victory Casino Cruises

180 Christopher Columbus Drive, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920

Ryan's recommendation of course :) Victory Casino is Florida’s most authentic Las Vegas-style gambling cruise experience. Sailing out out Port Canaveral Daily.

Twister Airboat Rides at Lone Cabbage Fish Camp

8199 West King Street, Cocoa, FL 32926

For those looking for a true Florida experience, there's nothing like taking an airboat ride across the Florida swamp. Rides last for either 30, 60 or 90 minutes and we recommend calling in advance to make a reservation. You'll see plenty of gators and can even try some gator tail after your ride.

BB's Beach Bar

501 North Miramar Avenue, Indialantic, FL 32903

A new restaurant to the Beachside, BB's sits right on the beach and has a great bar and delicious food. It is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean without getting sand in your lunch. Please note, there is no indoor seating. We recommend the fish tacos, kabobs and smash burger.

Cocoa Beach and Ron Jon's Surf Shop

Cocoa Beach, FL 32931

Explore the Space Coast's most famous beach and World Famous Surf Shop! We recommend grabbing lunch at Coconuts on the Beach and browsing through Ron Jon's Surf Shop.
