When and How should i RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by March 25, 2025, to help us plan accurately for catering and seating. To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab, enter your first and last name in the search bar, click 'Select' beside your name to confirm your attendance. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only names listed on the digital invitation video attend the celebration. If your name is not searchable on the RSVP system, due to limited space, we regret that we won't be able to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Will there be assigned seats for young children?

Answer

Children below 5 years old will not be assigned seats or baby chairs. Parents will need to carry their child in their lap when seated throughout the ceremony and reception.

Where and When will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Conservatory Aquila Crystal Palace, followed by the reception at the same venue. Please arrive by 2PM.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal to Formal. Gentlemen, please wear suit and tie or long-sleeve and dress pants. Ladies, please wear long gown or cocktail length dress. Kindly avoid wearing white or black.

Do I really need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes! If we do not receive your RSVP on or before March 25, 2025, it will automatically be marked as "No".

Can I cancel my RSVP?

Answer

If your plans have changed and are unable to attend, please tell us as soon as possible. This will allow us to accommodate other guests and make any necessary adjustments.

How long does it take to go from the ceremony venue to the reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will be in the Conservatory at Aquila Crystal Palace, with the reception in the glass building just in front—only a minute walk away.

Is there a parking area at Aquila Crystal Palace?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at Aquila Crystal Palace. Guests can park at the designated area on the side of the venue or across the street.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us. Please do arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safe.
