Where is the wedding taking place?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at The Wedding Retreat in Plant City, FL.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony + cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be in the open barn.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to get settled. Ceremony will start at 4pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to unplug during the ceremony. Photos are welcome from cocktail hour on.

What should I know about the Florida weather?

Answer

October in Florida can still be quite warm. Lightweight fabrics and breathable attire recommended. The property is very well shaded and the barn does have fans/AC units, but it is an open barn.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail / Semi-Formal. Think polished but comfortable! Ladies, since the ceremony is outdoors - for shoes we recommend block heels, wedges or flats.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Tampa International Airport. (27 minutes from venue)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. During cocktail hour beer, wine and 2 signature drinks will be available. Full bar will open at the reception.
