Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes!! So we can make sure you're counted. Otherwise, you'll be standing and hungry...don't be that person.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you dress in comfortable semi-formal/cocktail attire (No white apparel please). Keep in mind that our ceremony is an outdoor garden venue in August.

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone but seating is limited and only guest names and/or total listed on your invitation are invited. No extra guests.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love children but space is limited. We’ve invited a limited number of children based on special circumstances. Please refer to your invitation, it will list the number of seats we have reserved for you. No extra guests.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM and we would love for all of our guests to be seated in time to witness our union as husband and wife through Holy Matrimony.

Answer

Parking is available in the main parking lot near Bay Pointe Inn lodging entrance. There is also additional parking in the lot directly across the street.

Question

Are cell phones allowed at our wedding?

Answer

We will be having an “unplugged ceremony” at our wedding. While we fully encourage everyone to bring their phones and cameras to document the day, we politely request that all devices be turned off during the ceremony. Once we receive the professional images from the photographer, we will be happy to share them with you! Feel free to snap away at the reception and post using our wedding hashtags, #MeetTheVanderVliets #SweptOffHerFeetByVanderVliet as well as our Snapchat filter!

Question

Answer

We are so happy that you'll be able to join us for our wedding! The only gifts we are asking is a contribution towards our honeymoon and home down payment fund. Contribute what you wish, Thank you!
