When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's will go out in mid May. Please let us know your reply by July 12th!

What are my options for RSVP-ing

Answer

We will be collecting RSVPs through this website. Please see the RSVP tab and follow the steps to RSVP for our wedding! If you need further details or assistance please let us know.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

There will be a required shuttle service from a central location in the town of Tupper Lake (location TBD) to the event. This will both bring guests in to the wedding and back to their cars. More details on locations and time to come.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

To limit the cars on the camp road and due to extremely limited available parking, we are asking guests to please take the provided shuttle from Tupper Lake. In extenuating circumstances we may be able to make an exception but please check with us first. Make sure you have all that you will need to be comfortable for an outdoor ceremony prior to boarding the shuttle!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4pm. There will be a procession from the 3 Star Camp (where the shuttle will be dropping guests) to the ceremony site starting around 3:40pm. If you need accessibility accommodations please let us know!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! If you need anything to ensure they can come (high chair, child friendly food etc.) please be in touch!

Are pets welcome?

We kindly ask that you leave all pets at home for this event. Thank you!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for this event is "woodsy semi-formal". Take that how you will :) The ceremony will be held outside regardless of the weather and will require a walk down a wooded path. Please make decisions about food wear and layering that will allow you to be comfortable regardless of the dress code!

What is the plan for inclement weather?

Answer

The short answer is wear a rain coat! We are planning to hold our ceremony outside regardless of weather and will provide umbrellas as needed. There will be indoor space following the ceremony to dry off and warm up before our reception which will be held in a covered tent.

How do I note a dietary preference or food allergy?

Answer

When you RSVP you will be asked to note any dietary preferences or allergies. If you need to make additional requests please be in touch with one of us or our wedding planner. Thanks!

Can I take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will be having a professional photographer for the event so there is no pressure for you to document it all on your iphone! :) Folks are welcome to take pictures through out the night but we ask that you keep phones stowed away during the ceremony.

What is the address for the wedding?

Answer

The best address to use to navigate is 399 Little Simon road, Tupper Lake, NY, 12986. This address WILL NOT WORK in apple maps so you have to use Google! Again, there will be a shuttle for day of with more details to come.
