Due to space restrictions and safety considerations we cannot welcome guests under age 18 at our reception. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have negotiated a room block with Renaissance Austin Hotel in the Arboretum. All shuttles with be running from and to this location. There are limitless hotel and Airbnb options in Austin at almost every price point however, we encourage you to stay in the northern part of the city due to anticipated ACL music festival crowds.
Transportation will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday from and to the Renaissance Austin Hotel in the Arboretum.
Because we plan on getting married Friday October 11 at the Courthouse, our reception will not include another ceremony. We look forward to celebrating with our guests during the cocktail hour and dinner followed by music and dancing.
We kindly request that all RSVPs are returned by January 5, 2024. If you need additional time, please reach out to Paul or April separately.
October in Austin is relatively temperate (we anticipate temperatures to be ~65-85). Cocktail dresses are requested for women. Suit Pants and dress shirts or sports jackets for men. Ties are optional. Please keep in mind the reception is outside with grassy and rocky features.
