24 Rosewood Ln, Madison, NH 03875 The venue is surrounded by trees and near by a lake. It is up north of New Hampshire full of trees and mountains. There is no highway to get to the venue you WILL end up on back roads. Drive safely.

New England summers are warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for outdoors. We will provide sunscreen and bug spray to keep guests comfortable.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family, and we're keeping the guest list intimate. Due to budget/space limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones.

Please refer to the color palette provided with your invitation. Women floral dresses in the preferred colors and dressy casual attire is encouraged. Prepare for sunny weather and grassy terrain!

Answer
The ceremony is completely unplugged. You will be reminded to turn off your phone completely to be in the moment with us on our special day. There will be a professional photographer and a camcorder will be present. You should let people know where you are ahead of time to avoid any case of emergency phone calls. During the reception, you are welcome to turn your phone back on for peace of mind, although the purpose of our wedding is to enjoy quality time with family and friends celebrating a special moment for us.

Both events will be held in the same venue. It will be outdoors, with the reception held under a pavilion.

There is currently only one restroom available in the main room of the inn (as far as we know). The venue has strict rules of unattended children if they need to use the restroom an adult MUST be present. The venue has strict standards on alcohol so take heed to our warnings, please. The food catering comes straight from the venue itself.

By what time should I get there?
Answer
We recommend you arrive at least an hour before the ceremony begins at 2pm. The live strings will begin prelude at 1:30pm.

Where will we park?
Answer
The venue can accommodate up to 20 cars. You will pull into the venue and be directed where to park.

Alcohol
Answer
There will be alcohol present in celebration of our marriage. Out of respect for the bride and groom there will be consumption limit per guest. Adults are expected to act responsibly and respectfully or you will be asked to leave. Non-Alcoholic drinks will also be available.

Photo Ops
Answer
Sometime between cocktail hour, professional photos will be taken with every guest in attendance. Family photos will be taken with the bride and groom separately and all together. This is why it’s crucial you refer to the color palette for attire! A couple of weeks after the wedding the photographer will provide us the gallery which we are able to share with you all giving you a chance to print or share the photos you desire to keep!
