Question
Will there be drinks?
Answer
YES! we will have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the day/night. Please remember to drink responsibly if you are consuming the alcoholic beverages. We want our guests to make it home safely!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
yes! we love our little ones! however, the bar will be opening promptly at 7pm so we please ask that all children under 10 years old exit the premises around that time for an adult only after party! Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding will begin promptly at 4:30PM so we ask that guest arrive at least 15-30 minutes before that time to allow time for parking, finding seats, and mingling!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There will be plenty of parking available. Please look for the "parking area" signs posted at the front of the venue

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We will have a certain number of seats available for the reception/ceremony. Your invitation will list all guests invited to the wedding

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code we will be having is semi-formal! guys, that means you are more than welcome to wear your nice jeans and boots and for the ladies a nice dress/sundress will do! (NO white please!) We want all of our guests to be comfortable! (especially while dancing later!)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be held "outside" but everyone will be under a pavilion!

Do I need to bring a gift?
Answer
If you would like to gift the bride and groom Something you can do so by going to the "registry" tab on this website! We will also have a "honeymoon fund" set up as well on the registry site! In addition, we will have a card box set up at the venue! we are just happy you are celebrating with us on our special day!

There will be a place on this website where you are able to RSVP!

When should I RSVP?
Answer
Due to seating and food limitations, we ask that all of our guests please RSVP by the end of July 2025 so that we can have a final head count for our vendors in a timely manner. If we do not receive your RSVP by August 1st, 2025, we will assume you are not able to make it and unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate last minute.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
YES! Drinks are on us tonight! The bar will open promptly at 7pm There will be a tip jar for the bar tender as well if you would like to tip!

Will dinner be served at the reception?
Answer
Yes! We hope you come hungry! We will be serving dinner buffet style from Rick’s BBQ as well as a variety of non alcoholic drinks during dinner. We will also have a dessert table!
