Maid of Honor
Joni, I have always looked up to Joni as an amazing mother and expression of God's love. I am honored to call her my Maid of Honor. She's the Big Sister I always wished I had. I remember at our grandma's funeral when I had bright neon pink hair and how Aunt Julia looked at me wide eyed and shocked & said "April, now I know you did that by accident to your hair!" cx lol and how Joni sat beside me, and my family that day as I was mourning and made me feel at home and less self-conscious about my hair color. I actually forgot about my hair being super neon pink as she kept me so distracted chatting! It's crazy, though, for Joni beat me, Lyndi, & Danica in the race to get married and have children, and now she gets to witness us all grown up & walking down the aisle. Next is Danica!

Justin is the OG, my best friend I've ever had & the funniest guy I know (Sorry David!) Hands down, he can always get a belly laugh out of me. I don't know who I'd be if it were not for my brother. He made me a better person back when I was hard to handle! Lol I always think of the Bible verse 'John 15:13' which says, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.” I think about how many times, when we lived together, we would discuss our plan for what to do if an Intruder ever broke in. Our dad gave us a Louisville Slugger to defend ourselves, just in case, and we would say we would grab it in a heartbeat to protect each other. But the point is...We would go to bat for each other! No questions asked, he's got my back! Lol
Matron of Honor
Girl!!! We made it through high school and now look at us!! We are soon to be both wives with three kids!! Erika has always been there for me for as long as I can remember. She is a Sage-advice giver, and she will tell you how it is! lol Her honesty and good sense of humor are among her most honorable traits, besides being the best mother & wife I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Erika is, truthfully, a role model for me, and she has no idea how much I silently look up to her.
Man of Honor
You know that character that gets picked on in movies, only for the bully to find out later that the kid he bullied was a whole lot cooler than he gave him credit for? That describes Me & Schuyler's relationship! lol I'm the bully who changed her ways & he's the Cool Guy! Also, I don't know who likes cats more, me or my brother Schuyler? He is a fan of Star Wars and named his two cats Vader and Luke! Sadly, Vader is no longer with him, but sometime in the future, he would like to adopt a girl cat and name her Princess Leia.
Bridesmaid
I’ve known Kaiylee for as long as I can remember. One of my earliest memories is playing with dolls together at Grandma and Grandpa’s house and thinking, “Wow, she’s so pretty!” She has always been so kind, gentle, and loving to me. I still smile thinking about stopping by to visit her at work to buy chicken at KFC (lol). When David and I first got together, watching Kaiylee get married truly changed something in me. I never imagined myself having a big wedding—I honestly didn’t think anyone would come. But seeing her surrounded by so much love made me believe that maybe I could have that too. Kaiylee is genuine, down-to-earth, and endlessly inspiring. I’m so grateful for her influence in my life and so honored to have her by my side. Love you always, Kaiylee! 💕

I remember dancing with you both at a wedding under the twinkle lights by the most beautiful cake Aunt Kathy had ever created, to every Wedding Bop! The Cupid's Shuffle, the Macarena-those were the days! lol I put your names together because you're close enough to be twins like me & my brother Justin. You both were the sweetest little girls who have aged into the most beautiful women!! Love you both!!

I hope to announce my mom like this when it's her turn to sing at karaoke. lol I definitely know how to embarrass her! Love you, Mom! I feel like I've watched so many episodes of Brides getting married with you that I'm ready to walk down that aisle. lol Oh and thank you for making all of the Bridesmaids' bouquets & pew bows!!
