Question

When should I plan my travel down to Key Largo?

Answer

We are very excited to welcome you all to our wedding weekend! We will be hosting a Welcome Party on Friday April 24, 2026 for any guests that will be in Key Largo that Friday evening. We would love to spend as much time as possible with you all but understand if you are only available for our wedding ceremony and reception on Sunday, April 26, 2026! We will continue to update this website with further travel details as we approach the summer of 2025. Keep an eye out for future updates!

Question

What is the best way to get to Key Largo?

Answer

For our family and friends that will be traveling by plane, Miami International Airport is the closest major airport to fly into. Key Largo is the first island of the Florida Keys and is about an hour drive south of Miami! For those looking for the more scenic route, you can fly into Key West International Airport, however rental cars may be limited as this is a much smaller airport. From Key West, Key Largo is about a 2 hour drive on US 1 through the beautiful Florida Keys!

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to join us for a romantic weekend in the Florida Keys and have some fun! We hope this advance notice means that you are still able to join us for our big day.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure that we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding weekend. We truly appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Please refer to the Dress Attire tab for some examples of outfits as well as color palette. As you may know... the Florida Keys can be a bit toasty. The weather in April can be variable but is typically around 70-75 degrees and can be humid. We are keeping this in mind for our dress code. We don't want you to melt of course :)

Question

Will there be some reprieve from the outdoors?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony well be held on the beach as well as the subsequent cocktail hour. However, our reception will be held indoors in the air conditioning. An official itinerary will be released closer to the wedding date.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided some ideas for places to stay on the travel tab. Please understand that this is peak season for the Florida Keys as a whole. We recommend booking your stay as far in advance as possible.
