Please let us know by 10/15/2020 if you can join us for the celebration.
Please arrive by 4:15 PM. There will be a cart with non-alcoholic refreshments set up in the ceremony area. (Don’t worry...cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be right after!) Arrive early to grab a drink and find your perfect seat!
Unless designated on the RSVP page, please refrain from bringing additional guests. With COVID-19 we’ve had to scale things back a bit to comply with local guidelines.
Kids that have been included in our guest count are listed with their families on the RSVP page. It’s your choice whether you’d like to enjoy the festivities with or without them. Please be advised there is a koi pond and fire pit near the bar, so keep your littles under careful watch so everyone has a great evening.
The venue sits on several acres and there’s plenty of parking. Handicapped spots are available near the entrance gate.
No! But you may want to bring cash to tip your bartender. While we’re talking about drinks... We want everyone to have a great time but we ask you to please be responsible and arrange for a ride home. There are plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers around that can get you home safely. Make plans before the party so it’s one less thing to think about at the end of the night. 😉
Our venue is a barn-style facility. While the ceremony area is completely outdoors, we do have a plan for rainy weather. The reception is being held inside the barn area which is covered. Make sure to dress comfortably since this is an open-air venue (no A/C). The Delamater House has fans as well as heaters to use depending on what’s needed for the unpredictable Florida weather.
At this time we have reduced our guest list, but everything else is on track. Being an open-air venue that is made for a capacity of 300, there is plenty of room for 100 guests to socially distance. Masks are not required but feel free to wear one if you’re more comfortable. The venue is monitoring staff and taking extra sanitation measures to ensure a safe environment. Vendors are being asked to wear masks and gloves. Buffet will be served by staff. For the safety of other guests if you have been sick, are running a fever, have been exposed to a positive case, or are showing any symptoms of the virus please refrain from attending. We can celebrate together once you’re well again!
