One weekend hanging out with my sister Becky, she convinced me to download a dating app. As I protested, she reminded me of the great guy she met. She said we could make a drinking game of it ;) After a night of stories and incredible laughs I never deleted the app. A week later I was with Alex when my phone made an odd noise, it was the Plenty of Fish app. Brad had sent a message, after approval from Alex I decided to respond. This led to a month of wonderful chats and learning about each other. We met in person at Waynes Place in Bonduel later that summer. Ann was bartending and on the lookout for any signs I needed an escape. But no need we hit it off and really liked each other. We shared a similar view knowing our kids came first for each of us. As time went on, we could tell we were thinking long term and wanted our kids to meet. We have dated for 6 years and spent many weekends as a family and now look forward to spending the rest of our lives together. In April of 2025 we took a family trip to Gulf Shores Alabama, where Brad proposed on the beach with the kids surrounding us and being part of the surprise.
