Charlotte Engagement Reception

This open-house reception is in lieu of a traditional bridal shower. It’s not a shower because men are invited & there will be no embarrassing games. ;) The purpose of this event is to include our local friends and family who are unable to travel to Ohio but would like to participate in the wedding festivities! Stop in for some good food (and desserts!) and to chat with us! Stay as long as you want or come and go as you please! Even if you're attending the wedding in Ohio, you're welcome at this reception.

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Dressy Casual/Semi-formal

The music starting at 2:00 will last approximately 20 minutes. Then there will be a song played as a tribute to the fathers of the bride & groom. It is highly recommended to enter the sanctuary before this song, as this is the official beginning of our ceremony. However we ask that if you show up late, you respect the families and enter quietly at that time.
