Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
The short answer is no. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests included in your invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?
Answer
Although we love your children, we cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid-free. We hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Doors will open at 1:00 PM, and we kindly recommend guests arrive 20-30 minutes early, so you have plenty of time to park, mingle, and find your seat before the ceremony begins at 1:30 PM. If you happen to arrive after 1:30 PM, we ask that you please wait until the ceremony has concluded to join us at cocktail hour at 3 PM. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We will have an open bar. Drinks are on us tonight!
Question
How do I RSVP? What if I do not RSVP by the deadline?
Answer
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation that will be attending. If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know at the soonest opportunity. If we do not receive an RSVP from you by our deadline, you will be marked "not attending" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors after this deadline - you will be missed!

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire (semi-formal). We recommend button-up shirts & spring cocktail dresses. It will be hot and the ceremony will be outside so keep that in mind.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at the venue, The Pavillion at Redwood Estates. No need to travel in between! Please also note the ceremony will be outdoors

How does seating work?
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first 2 rows on each side of the ceremony for our immediate family and bridal party. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.

Is there parking available?
Answer
The venue has enough parking for 50 cars. We are NOT authorized to park next door or anywhere in the neighborhood parking lot. You will be fined or towed. We do not want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft/Uber) for transportation if you plan on taking advantage of our open bar!
