When to arrive: the ceremony starts at 5pm sharp but there will be a violinist playing in the Main Rotunda beginning at 4:15pm. Feel free to arrive early & enjoy the music while you wait! Where to go: to easily access the Main Rotunda in the Capitol Building, please plan to enter the building from the Main entrance on the West side of the building. This entrance is located at 3rd & State Street at the top of the stone stairs. Where to park: There should be plenty of metered street parking available near the Capitol building. The meters run until 7pm on Saturdays & the meters can be found on Third Street & State Street. If you'd like to pay at a meter, you will need to know your license plate number. Alternatively, you can pay the meter via the ParkMobile app. If using the ParkMobile app, you can use code LUVHBG at checkout to get 4 hours of free parking. If you prefer to park in a garage, the South Street is right around the corner at 220 South St, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
