Yes! Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Pavilion at Redwood Estates. No venue-hopping needed.     •    Ceremony: Outdoor     •    Reception: Indoor ¡Sí! Please arrive 30 minutes early (by 2:00 PM) to find parking, grab a seat, and soak in the vibes before we say, “I do!” Por favor, llega 30 minutos antes (a las 2:00 PM) para encontrar estacionamiento, tomar asiento y disfrutar el ambiente antes de que digamos “Sí, acepto.”

WHERE DO I SIT? /¿DÓNDE ME SIENTO?

Answer

For the ceremony, it’s open seating, so sit wherever your heart desires—EXCEPT for the first two rows on each side (reserved for our immediate family and bridal party). For the reception, we will be assigning tables so you can sit with people you know. Trust us, we’ve carefully curated this seating plan! HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?/¿CÓMO CONFIRMO MI ASISTENCIA? ¿CUÁL ES LA FECHA LÍMITE?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is May 25—no exceptions, no last-minute texts, no “but what if” scenarios. If we do not receive an RSVP from you by our deadline, you will be marked "not attending" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors after this deadline - you will be missed! RSVP, simply click the RSVP tab on our wedding website. You’ll see the names of the people in your party who are invited. IMPORTANT: If your name isn’t listed, that means you are not on the guest list. We love you, but we’ve carefully planned for the guests we want to celebrate with, and we can only accommodate those on the list. Please respect this—we promise it’s nothing personal! So check the RSVP tab, click “Yes” (because obviously, you don’t want to miss this), and get ready to party with us! The short answer is no. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests included in your invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family. As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be kid-free (except for the ones in the wedding party). Consider this your official adults-only night out—enjoy it! WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?/¿CÓMO DEBO VESTIRME?

Our dress code is cocktail attire (semi-formal). Think button-up shirts & spring cocktail dresses.     •    The ceremony will be outdoors (so dress accordingly).     •    It will be hot, so breathable fabrics are your friend.     •    No jeans. No exceptions.     •    Please avoid whites, ivories, and creams—we all know why. El código de vestimenta es “cocktail attire” (semi-formal). WHAT’S THE PARKING SITUATION?/¿CUÁL ES LA SITUACIÓN DEL ESTACIONAMIENTO?

The venue has space for 50 cars. However: DO NOT park next door or in the neighborhood parking lot—you will be fined or towed. We highly recommend using Lyft/Uber—especially if you plan on enjoying the open bar! El lugar cuenta con espacio para 50 autos. Sin embargo: NO estaciones en la propiedad de al lado ni en el estacionamiento de la comunidad—podrías recibir una multa o ser remolcado.
