Below is information on the hotel where most of the wedding activities will take place (please book through the link here as that's how you'll get the Vargas Wedding group discount), the airport you'll need to land in and the shuttle info.

This is a all inclusive resort where we will have the wedding and reception. You can access the site to learn more about the event and to book, modify, or cancel a reservation from January 24, 2018 to December 9, 2018. Please book the hotel through this site as it has a discount already applied for the Vargas Wedding.

Please land in this airport as it's ~50 minutes away from the Westin Playa Cochal.

Travel Note

Shuttle from Airport to Hotel

A Shuttle is available from the airport to the Hotel. Please book ahead of time so you don't have to worry about waiting! A shared shuttle for $25 per person (for a minimum of two people). From Libera to Westin is about 60 minutes (approx 50 miles). They have A/C vans. A friendly driver will be waiting outside the airport holding a sign with your name on it and a green flag. On the shared shuttle you have to wait at the airport until the rest of the people that is in same flight with you shows up (likely 20 minute wait). If you want to take a private van (with no waiting), you can for $95 total. Traveling to Costa Rica

For those flying into Costa Rica: Americans do not need a visa to enter Costa Rica. However, they must have a current valid passport and a return ticket to exit Costa Rica. (Either to return to your country or to go to another country). US passport must be valid for a minimum of one day from the day you enter Costa Rica.
